Welcome to Basketball Brain – The Zone Workout. I hope you are excited because you are about to take your game to levels you didn’t think were possible! If you have any questions, email us at BasketballBrain@gmail.com – we are here to help!
1 – Start the Daily Drills
Begin training* now! These drills are the heart and soul of Basketball Brain. Do them every day! At night, do the Nightly Drills.
2 – Do the On Court Drills.
These drills are to be done on the court before you workout or practice. Make sure you do The Zone Shooting Program first!
3 – Explore!
There are also Game Day Drills, SOS Drills when you hit a crisis, and Resources with a lot of interesting and fun stuff to explore.
*Note: we recommend you start on Monday if it is your first day of the program, even if it is not Monday, and then the following day you can get on the daily schedule.
