1 – Start the Daily Drills

Begin training* now! These drills are the heart and soul of Basketball Brain. Do them every day! At night, do the Nightly Drills

2 – Do the On Court Drills.

These drills are to be done on the court before you workout or practice. Make sure you do The Zone Shooting Program first!

3 – Explore!

There are also Game Day Drills, SOS Drills when you hit a crisis, and Resources with a lot of interesting and fun stuff to explore.
